Internship Opportunity (ongoing)

Vox Africa strives to offer a different news diet from other mainstream media, by focusing on world news and current affairs from a pan-African perspective.

We are currently offering hands-on internship opportunities to young graduates and others interested in working in TV journalism and newsgathering.

The internship offers the opportunity to be part of a small team of professionals and experience the buzz of working in a busy newsroom environment.

Interns will be directly involved in the production process and will assist the production team with the daily news output, drafting scripts for broadcast, producing reports, recording voice-overs and writing for the website.

We are looking for hard-working and motivated individuals, with a good command of both French and English. This is preferable but not a requirement.

Candidates should have at least some experience of working in the media and/or journalism, good writing skills, an interest in and knowledge of Africa's current affairs and world news.

Interns are expected to work a minimum of 2/3 days per week.
