Iran's says it will begin enriching uranium to 20 per cent
Iran has announced that it plans step up its nuclear program by 20 per cent, sparking wide condemnation in the west as fears mount that the uranium could be used to create nuclear warheads.

Costa Rica has elected Laura Chinchilla to be the country's first woman president . Chinchilla who is 50 years old had stepped down as vice president last year to campaign for president .
