A 24-year-old Colombian man has officially became the world's shortest man. Edward Nino Hernandez has been certified as the world's shortest living mobile male by Guinness World Records, measuring just 27.46 inches. The previous titleholder was He Pingping of China, who was an inch or so taller and died in March.
